Elizabeth Anastos Holmes is the founder and Principal of Warwick Art Advisory, a fine art advisory firm specializing in Contemporary and Modern Art Appraisal, Decorative Arts Appraisal, and Furniture Appraisal. Founded in 2016, the Washington DC art advisory firm has advised a range of small and large collections and estates, advising over 50 different public, private, and corporate collections.

APPRAISAL
SERVICES
Warwick Art Advisory provides appraisal for estate planning, insurance coverage, charitable donations, and property distribution. The process begins with a confidential client consultation to determine the necessary scope of services. Next, the team performs an on-site inspection to catalog the property with photographs and measurements. After the initial assessment, the team conducts extensive objects and market research for preparation of the appraisal report. All of our appraisals are in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the generally recognized ethical and performance standards for the appraisal profession in the United States.
Estate Planning
We provide appraisals and valuations to help determine the value of assets that may be gifted, inherited, or divided. We have extensive experience preparing qualified appraisals to submit to government bodies, including the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Insurance
Accepted by all leading insurance carriers, our appraisals ensure that our client's artwork, jewelry, and other valuables are appropriately scheduled and insured. With yearly reviews and updates, our client's assets are always in line with current market trends.
Charitable Donations
We provide appraisals for non-cash charitable donations to determine the fair market value of the property along with the forms required by the IRS for filing.
Property Distribution
When dividing property amongst heirs, we can provide a qualified appraisal to determine the fair market value or marketable cash value, determined by the client or the attorney.
